We now offer our same excellent service in Mallorca. ( Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa, Cala St Vicente and Alcudia, predominantly, but from early 2010 we will cover the whole Island)

We can clean before, during and after the holiday let, we can offer to provide a
Welcome Pack to your guests with basic foodstuffs such as bread, milk, water, small box
cereal, tea, coffee & sugar, or more complex parcels to your exact specification.
We can assist in providing any other service that you require to enable you or your guests to have an enjoyable time in your property
We can also arrange with you to attend your home, out of season, to ensure security and to keep it in top condition and if necessary make you aware of any problems that may arise.
Working from premises in Puerto Pollensa we will be able to offer all our regular services such as end of tenancy, spring, pre & post move, plus weekly cleaning, holiday let cleans along with general maintenance and gardening.
Price List 2009 Per Property
Key Holding is 500E per year payable monthly in advance, this includes meet and greet your guests at the property, plus once a week visit out of season and when property is unoccupied, this will ensure that the property is secure and any problem is picked up quickly with 24/7, 365 availability
Cleaning rates are 15E per hour with a 3 hour minimum charge per property.
Laundry rates are 12E per person per week (household items only) A separate price list with itemised costs is available upon request
Garden care rates 20E per hour
Pool Cleaning: cost is dependent upon size, shape and internal finish Plus chemicals
Welcome Packs are available upon request, cost will vary according to items requested and costs at time of purchase
General maintenance: ie painting, decorating or building work is available upon request or we can arrange for quotes to be submitted.
