Our fees for End of Tenancy, Pre/Post Move, Post builders or Spring Cleaning are very competitive, our work is second to none!

Below is the specification for our basic clean, this is a deep clean, the list is not exhaustive but will include the following:-

Vacuum thoroughly throughout

Dust/polish throughout

Sweep/mop floors where appropriate

Clean bathrooms/shower cubicles/rooms

Clean all sanitaryware

Descale where possible

Clean mirrors

Clean kitchen sink

Clean fridge/freezer (Ensure this is empty & defrosted)

Clean interior of dishwasher

Clean washing machine soap dispenser

Wash down all worktops

Wash down kitchen cupboards (outsides only unless empty)

Wash over windowsills and ledges

Clean light switches/powerpoints

Wash over doorframes and skirtings

All surfaces are dried to remove wipe marks and all chrome is finished using microfibre cloths to improve the shine.

All surfaces are cleaned using a citrus based cleaner that leaves the surfaces grease free and clean. It also leaves the property with a pleasant citrus aroma.

Extras to this service are

Carpets cleaned using hot water extraction system (Commonly known as steam cleaning)

Clean Interior windows

Clean oven hob & extractor (removable Filters cleaned, fibre not replaced)

Clean Conservatory glass (Excluding roof glass)

All work up to a limit of 2 metres high. (Insurance restriction)
