We cover the greater London area and all the home counties.
What time can you clean my home?
We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, so whatever time suits you.
Do I need to be at home?
No, if you can arrange to leave a key in a safe place for our visit or we can arrange to pick up the keys from you prior to the clean (a small charge may be applicable). You can rest assured that your property will be in safe hands and sparkling upon your return. All our employees are thoroughly vetted and trustworthy to protect you and your property.
What services do you provide?
We provide an end of tenancy, pre/post move, post builders and spring cleaning service for homes and commercial properties, including one-off cleans, and carpet cleaning service. We can assist with Keyholding and house minding. Just ask and we will try to accommodate your request.
Do I have to supply any cleaning materials or equipment?
No we supply all necessary items
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured through the Groupama Insurance Company Ltd.
Do you offer any guarantees?
We feel no written guarantees are necessary, at the end of a clean if you are not satisfied, neither are we! we will not leave until you are happy with the service we have provided. OR we will return to rectify any faults found.
Can you provide references from some of your customers?
Yes if you ask us to carry out any work for you, we will give you contact details to ask any questions that you like. We can supply references from domestic customers or Letting Agents
How do I pay?
If it is a one off clean we will ask for payment upon completion of task in either cash or you may pay by direct bank transfer using your online banking facility
